Lucy's Hideaway
About This Spot
Nestled just off the county highway in Milton, Lucy’s Hideaway unfolds like a familiar welcome in a quiet neighborhood you’re glad to know exists. Step inside, and you’re met with the warm hum of friendly conversation and the gentle clinking of glasses, a pace that’s perfectly unhurried yet inviting. The mix of grill and bar, with live music filling the air on certain nights, creates a feeling that blends casual comfort with a touch of local character—somewhere you can linger without a second thought.
The atmosphere here strikes a thoughtful balance between the lively and the laid-back. Whether you’re settling in after a long day or meeting up for a weekend catch-up, the vibe encourages easy conversation and genuine moments. The patio offers a bit of daylight and fresh air, a calm refuge when the crowd picks up inside.
Food arrives like a neighborly gesture—hearty, familiar, and carefully made with a Midwestern sense of straightforward goodness. The kind of fare that doesn’t shout but rather quietly anchors the evening: a burger sizzling with Wisconsin cheese, a meatloaf plate that tastes like home, or a wrap pulled together with just the right mix of comfort and flavor. It’s the kind of place where a salad or soup feels like a thoughtful choice, especially for those wanting a lighter pause without losing the sense of place.
Behind the bar, the team moves with steady grace, blending attentiveness with warmth, making sure your glass is never empty and that you feel seen in a way that’s rare these days. The ease of service blends with the genuine smiles and nods you exchange with folks who know their regulars and welcome newcomers like old friends.
Lucy’s Hideaway isn’t glossy or flashy—it’s quietly rooted in its community, drawing people back for its honest food, its steady hospitality, and that subtly comforting pulse of local life. Whether the draw is the weekend bands or a weekday burger special, it’s a spot that feels more like a meaningful pause than just another stop on the map.

Lucy’s Hideaway bar and grill is a great place to stop for good food at great prices and their staff is top notch! Our server Jill was very friendly and made sure we were being taken care from the moment we arrived Highly recommend checking out this bar & grill whenever in the area.

These guys have the best burgers for the price for sure. I recommend going on Tuesday for the two for one deals. My wife had the Lucy burger and loved it.

Nice bar with a patio. We ordered a few appetizers and a sandwich. Everything was decent bar food. Only 1 bartender on for a busy bar, but she ran like crazy and did a good job.

We go to Lucy’s a lot, we love it!! They have a wide selection of food but we get our favorite thing because Lucy’s makes the very best turkey club wraps. Also I’m not a fan of beets but something told me to try the beet salad, now we both get it every time. Yum!!!
